Shstudios was built to provide Londons’ creative musicians with an inspirational, professional environment in which to capture & embellish their music & ideas.
The recording equipment is unique – we have valve (tube) gear dating back to the 1940’s, 50’s & 60’s plus high end solid state broadcast & recording mixers & preamps from the 70’s up to the modern day.
Though we are set up for live band recording we also work very closely with solo artists & are adept at tracking, mixing & producing all genres of music.
We can also help with song arrangements, & have the Garritan digital & Spitfire Orchestras if you fancy adding classical parts to your creations.
Aside from all the outboard we have a full house of excellent industry standard plugins for all your automative needs !
We run a mac pro with logic x – Antelope & Apogee Mastering Grade Soundcards & a Soundcraft SCM381B 1 inch 8 track tape multitrack recorder .
In house drum kit (pearl export) – plenty of keys, guitar / bass amps & percussion.
